Do I Need To Sign Up For A Support Account?

Practiced BIM uses this support portal to manage and respond to tickets submitted here and via e-mail.  It is not a requirement that you create an account for yourself to access the portal or submit tickets.  All links to active tickets that are sent out automatically are public and will not require you to log in to see your tickets or their status.  However, if you want to create an account, you'll be able to see all of your tickets and responses in one place.  


If you do decide to sign up for an account, click the 'Sign up' link in the upper right corner of the page and use your Selldorf e-mail address to get started.  Do not use your Google account or Facebook account to create your account on the support portal. 


Note: if you need to reset your password, click to Login and then click 'forgot password'.  Practiced support does not access to any passwords.
